The item is a sterling silver Saint Ann pendant with a 18 inch or 45.72 centimeter long silver curb chain. The chain will have a lobster claw catch. If you would like any other length or style chain let me know. The pendant measures 1 inch tall and 7/8 inches wide or 2.54 x 2.2225 centimeters. The front says Saint Ann Pray For Us.
